The way to understand something more deeply may be to define what it is not. We must move to see what the movement is not about.
In order to have a sustainable practice, we need to develop the understanding that YIN and YANG cannot be separated from each other, they both born from each other and they both carry the essence of each other.
Throughout this weekend, we will discuss how handstand is not just a physical practice, we will understand dynamic hatha poses in more depth, and we will do exercises to make our mind more receptive, creative and patient in order to remain calm and still. 23 February, 18.30 - 20.30 Uhr : Evening Hatha
This workshop will focus on familiar arm balances while working on our core muscles to build strength and stamina, and will be concluded with supine poses, pranayama and shavasana.
24 February, 10.30 - 12.30 Uhr : Morning Hatha
This workshop will focus on handstands and forearm balance variations with some fun partner work exercises and will be concluded with partner supported stretches, some pranayama and meditation.
24 February, 14.00 - 16.00 Uhr : Evening Yin
During this relaxing and gentle workshop we will focus on connective tissue and fascia to reduce the tough impacts of previous workshops and the unwanted results of our daily life activities. We will focus on hips, pelvis, lower spine and heart area. Some calming music, blankets, bolsters, straps and eye pillows will take our practice to a deeper and more comfortable level.
25 February, 10.45 - 12.45 Uhr : Morning Hatha
