These workshops / masterclasses are created to improve your yoga asana practice by exploring suitable approaches for each practitioner to connect their mind and body with traditional poses and breath exercises in a safe and healthy way. 

All Masterclasses are open for you if you want to deepen your practice and become stronger - in an easy way with a lot of humor. Be open for a challenge that is helping you to be more stabil in your asanas while feeling an inner lightness and a clear mind.

Ozgur is an international yoga teacher who provides teacher trainings and workshops in Europe and USA. He has been in touch with yoga over a decade.
