"Move and Pause" — Inversion Workshop Series

One of the main purposes of practicing yoga is to cultivate the ability to adapt to whatever life offers us in the present moment. No matter the form of the challenge, we can learn to stay ready and open to meet each moment’s needs and requirements.

Through yoga, we expand our inner toolbox, gaining the awareness and resources to respond to life’s situations with the right tools.

In this workshop series, we will focus on inversions, which can be both mentally and physically challenging; arm balances to build strength and confidence; and yin yoga to slow down and listen to the quiet whispers of the body.

DATES

January, 30th, 18.30 - 20.30 Uhr : Evening Hatha

Open to all levels. This workshop will explore familiar arm balances along with inversions, hip openers, and heart openers, while focusing on core strength to build stability and stamina. We’ll finish with soothing supine poses, pranayama, and a nourishing shavasana. Throughout the session, variations and modifications will be offered to support everyone’s unique capabilities.
