This workshop series is designed for anyone who has a regular yoga practice for at least a year.
During these workshops we will focus on handstands, forearm balances, headstands and their variations, looking into ways to improve body and breath awareness while in such poses. We will do partner works to help each other, core exercises to create stability and strength to get into inversions, and some deep stretching to increase flexibility to prevent any possible unwanted injuries during your yoga practice and daily life.

Sunday, 6.4., 16.00 - 18.00: Yin Yoga
During this relaxing and gentle workshop we will focus on connective tissue and fascia to reduce the tough impacts of previous workshops and the unwanted results of our daily life activities. We will focus on hips, pelvis, lower spine and heart area. Some calming music, blankets, bolsters, straps and eye pillows will take our practice to a deeper and more comfortable level.
