In this Workshop, we take the foundations of strength, mobility, and trust into backbends and inverted heart openers. The focus will be on creating space through the shoulders, chest, hips, and spine while maintaining the stability needed for a safe and sustainable practice.
Through progressive sequencing and different variations, we will explore the balance between strength and opennessand gradually move toward deeper backbends and inverted heart-opening postures.
Beyond the physical practice, this final workshop invites you to open up, shift familiar patterns, and experience your practice from a new perspective.
