This workshop lays the foundation for the entire Shift Your Perspective series. We will explore the essential elements that support both inversions and backbends: strength, mobility, body awareness, and trust.
Through progressive preparation, mobility work, core and shoulder activation, and playful exercises, you will build a better understanding of your body and create the stability needed for the following workshops. Rather than focusing on one specific pose, this session is about developing the tools to move into more challenging postures with confidence and awareness.
