This special class unfolds in two parts. We begin in flow: curated music guiding an embodied practice, the body waking up as a sensing, feeling instrument rather than something to shape or perfect.
As the flow settles, we arrive in stillness, and the sound shifts. Frosted crystal bowls carry us into final rest. vibration meeting fluid, tissue, breath. Not something to listen to, but something to be received by.
