Mantra, by definition, is that which protects the mind. Each syllable carries a unique frequency and when uttered with accuracy and intention its effects are amplified. Without this precision it is said that much of a mantra’s power is lost.

Paula is a devoted and committed student of Vedānta, Pūjā, Vedic Chanting, and Meditation since the last 5 years, studying directly under her teacher’s guidance. With nearly thousands of hours attending regular classes, retreats, and trainings, alongside countless hours of self-study, she is blessed by her lineage to pass on the priceless jewels of the Vedic tradition with sincere spiritual seekers.
