Join Persia Juliet for a specialized Yin workshop exploring the spirit of the Heart and the Fire Element. This workshop is steeped with knowledge from traditional chinese medicine and also touches on the chakra system. Persia will guide you on a journey targeting specific Meridians to promote the healthy flow of Qi. This journey is unique in that it will include chants, mudras, yin asanas, guided meditation, journaling and sharing.
