Join Persia Juliet is this new Yin Workshop exploring The Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Generating cycle is also known as the Nourishing cycle, as the sequencing of Elements mothers the next. Exploring the Elements in this way can create and all around balancing tonic for your energy systems. What makes this experience unique is you'll receive a journalling sheet asking reflective questions to deepen your connection with each element. This masterclass includes body tapping, organ sounds, guided color meditation and more. Please note this is a welcoming practice for all levels and all ages.
